LPS Teacher Response "Dana, Thank you for your help last Wednesday, it went great. I loved it. I had a quiet kid come up and said I was debating Lydia online after class. Exactly what I wanted to happen, give a voice to the quiet ones." ~ D. Rondinelli Euclid Teacher

Classroom Discussions for all students
Classroom discussions can be tough. There are always some students that are more vocal that can dominate the conversation and other students that are happy to let them because they are less vocal. How can we let students be who they are but still have them join in a common conversation sharing their ideas without having to compete for air space? Consider using a backchannel like Today's Meet to expand the conversation from just hands raised to a verbal conversation and backchannel that allows many students to sharing their thinking at the same time, while also responding to their peers thinking.
